The Waterloo Police Department is asking the public for help in identifying a couple who allegedly stole items from Rural King in Waterloo last month.

Investigators say a man and a woman with a 1-year-old child committed the felony thefts at the store on Tuesday, Sept. 16 and Saturday, Sept. 27. Photos captured from store video surveillance show that both suspects are white, with the male sporting dark facial hair. The female has a tattoo on her left arm.

The female was driving a small passenger car, possibly gray in color.

“We don’t have any leads,” Waterloo police detective Jeff Prosise said.

Anyone with information on the case is asked to call the WPD at 939-3377.
