As snow rolls into Monroe County, organizations and schools have begun to cancel events to ensure the county citizens’ safety. Tonight’s community forum at Hope Christian Church on prescription drug abuse and heroin has been postponed due to weather. It has been rescheduled for Thursday, Feb. 13 at 7 p.m.

Waterloo sports cancellations 2/4:
-Girls bowling at Mascoutah is canceled.
-Girls and boys freshmen basketball vs. Father McGivney will not be rescheduled.
-Girls junior high volleyball at Columbia is rescheduled for Feb 21.
-Boys junior high regional games is rescheduled for Feb 6.
-Girls varsity basketball vs. Madison is rescheduled for Feb 6.
