With snowfall totals exceeding eight inches and snow continuing to fall Sunday afternoon, the Winter Storm Warning has been extended in Monroe County to midnight. A Wind Chill Warning has also been issued from 9 p.m. Sunday through noon on Tuesday. Many roads throughout the county are barely passable, with drifting and low visibility reported along Route 3 and elsewhere.
