William J. Branson

William J. Branson, 52, of Red Bud, died March 15, 2013, in Red Bud.
He was born May 29, 1960, in St. Louis, son of Clyde D. Branson and the late Jeanette Carolyn Branson (nee Foster).
He was married to Paula Branson (nee Burnett); she survives.
Mr. Branson was a member of the National Rifle Association; Maeystown Sportsman Club; and Local #2 Roofers, Waterproofers and Allied Workers. He was also an avid outdoorsman.
Survivors include his father; wife; children Jenna (Greg) Heidenreich, Adam Vogt, and Travis Branson; and sisters LaRita (Ronald) Mohl, and Juanita (John) Roland; along with aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his brother Paul Branson and grandparents.
Visitation was March 18, at Quernheim Funeral Home, and March 19, at St. John United Church of Christ, Maeystown.
Funeral services were March 19, at the church, Pastor Patrick Poole officiating.
Interment followed at St. John Cemetery, Valmeyer.
Memorials may be made to the family.
