The Republic-Times Team of the Week is the Waterloo High School softball squad. The Bulldogs improved to 10-4 on the season following a victory Monday over defending state champion Highland, 2-1, followed by a 4-1 victory in eight innings over Civic Memorial on Thursday. Waterloo is currently 4-0 in Mississippi Valley Conference play.
