Elizabeth Rose “Rosie” Weilbacher and Robert William Betz were married July 13, 2013, at the Capitol Theatre in Waterloo, Dennis, Graul, uncle of the bride, officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Ed and Kathi Weilbacher of Waterloo. The groom is the son of John and Barb Betz of Pacific, Mo.

Angie Yuen, college friend of the bride, was the maid of honor.

Bridesmaids were Megan Ingram, Julie Mudd and Karla Guebert, high school friends of the bride; and Karen Betz, sister-in-law of the groom.

Michael Betz, brother of the groom, was the best man.

Groomsmen were Derek Strauser, friend of the groom; John Weilbacher, brother of the bride; and Adam Schmitt and Garrett Bentley, friends of the groom.

Guests were seated by Mike and Charles Richer, cousins of the bride, and Nolan and Keith Smith, cousins of the groom.

A reception followed at the Holiday Inn, South St. Louis County.

The couple honeymooned at Riviera Maya, Mexico. They reside in St. Louis.

The bride is a 2003 graduate of Waterloo High School and a 2006 graduate of the University of Missouri at Columbia. She is a sales representative for eBioscience covering Illinois and Missouri.

The groom is a 2003 graduate of St. Francis Borgia Regional High School, a 2008 graduate of  the University of Missouri St. Louis, and a 2012 graduate of UMSL with a Master of Business Administration. He is a project engineer with Ameren Missouri.
