Emergency personnel responded at about 2:20 p.m. Wednesday to a two-vehicle crash on the ramp from Palmer Road to southbound Route 3 in Columbia.

Injuries were believed to be minor in nature. The vehicles, which both came to rest on the shoulder, were a blue sedan and a pickup truck pulling a work trailer.

Responding agencies included the Columbia police and fire departments and Columbia EMS.
