The Republic-Times Team of the Week is the Waterloo Lead Heads shooting team. The Lead Heads competed July 31-Aug. 2 in the Amateur Trapshooting Association Academics, Integrity and Marksmanship National Championships at the World Shooting and Recreational Center in Sparta, with the Singles Trap Squad of Jacob Earll, Remy Heinen, Jacob Jung, Colin Roessler and Joey Swan taking first place in Junior D Class.
