The 2016 Waterloo High School volleyball team

The Waterloo High School volleyball team coached by Angie Crawford is this week’s Republic-Times Team of the Week.

The Bulldogs (14-5) have won nine of their past 10 matches, including an impressive 28-26, 25-20 victory over previously undefeated Highland last Thursday. They also notched a 2-0 win over conference foe Triad Tuesday and a victory on the road against Jerseyville Thursday.

Corey is the editor of the Republic-Times. He has worked at the newspaper since 2004, and currently resides in Columbia. He is also the principal singer-songwriter and plays guitar in St. Louis area country-rock band The Trophy Mules.
