Waterloo crash on Mill Street

Emergency workers respond to a crash outside 208 Mill in Waterloo.
Waterloo police and Monroe County EMS responded to a vehicle crash with minor injury at 3 p.m. Friday in the 200 block of East Mill Street in Waterloo.
Reports from the scene are that an elderly female blacked out and her vehicle, a small Honda, struck a parked Chevy Silverado. She was tended to at the scene by Monroe County EMS but was not transported.
