Waterloo and Columbia Cheer | Teams of the Week
The Waterloo High School varsity and junior varsity, Waterloo Junior High School and Columbia High School varsity cheerleaders are this week’s Republic-Times teams of the week.
The Illinois Cheerleading Coaches Association championships were held Jan. 7-8 at Prairie Capitol Convention Center in Springfield.
The Waterloo cheerleading program took home three awards in all. The WHS varsity squad won fourth place out of 23 teams in the medium division.

Meanwhile, the Columbia High School varsity cheerleaders took second place in the medium division at the ICCA championships.
