Morgan Veath and Andrew Fannon of Waterloo have announced their engagement and upcoming marriage.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Randy and Pam Veath of Waterloo.

She graduated from Waterloo High School and Goldfardb School of Nursing.

She is employed as an operating room nurse at Barnes-Jewish Hospital.

The groom-to-be is the son of Tim and Kim Fannon of Waterloo.

He graduated from Waterloo High School and Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.

He is employed as a senior actuarial assistant at Centene.

The couple is planning a Nov. 1, 2014 wedding.
