Police, fire and EMS are responding to an injury rollover crash involving a truck and a tractor-trailer outside the Monroe County Electric Cooperative office on Route 3 south of Waterloo. There are reports of major road blockage. Arch helicopter has been called to assist with medical transport. The call for service came in around 7:15 a.m. Saturday. Both lanes of Route 3 traffic are being diverted at Old Red Bud Road.
