Michael and Catherine, nee Cummins, Bess of Troy announce the birth of their son, Trevor Michael Bess.

He was born at 11:53 p.m. Jan. 21, 2014 at Mercy Medical Center in St. Louis.

He was 8 pounds, 1 ounce and was 21 inches long.

Trevor was welcomed to the world by older brother Evan Michael Bess, 2.

Paternal grandparents are Mary Jane Bess and the late David Bess of Troy.

Maternal grandparents are Bruce and Debbie Cummins of Waterloo.
