The Republic-Times Athlete of the Week is Gibault Catholic High School baseball player Trevor Davis.
The junior is hitting .553 for the Hawks (10-3) with a home run, three triples, 17 RBIs and 12 runs scored this spring. He went 4-for-4 in Monday’s win over Marquette.
On the mound, Davis is 2-1 this spring with a 1.91 ERA and 28 strikeouts in 22 innings pitched.
