Columbia police, fire and EMS personnel responded about 12:10 p.m. Thursday to a two-vehicle crash with lane blockage on southbound Route 3 at Sand Bank Road. Initial reports indicate that all parties involved were out of their vehicles and walking around following the crash. Columbia EMS checked on an occupant of one of the vehicles for possible injury, but the extent of possible injury was unknown.
