Thursday afternoon crash north of Waterloo

Emergency personnel responded about 1:40 p.m. Thursday to a two-vehicle crash with road blockage on Route 3 at Hanover Road between Waterloo and Columbia.

The two vehicles were a black sedan and a Chevrolet truck hauling a trailer.

Injuries were believed to be minor.
