Telkah L. DeBourge, nee Liefer, 96, of Waterloo, died Aug. 7, 2014  in Waterloo.

She was born March 23, 1918 in Red Bud, daughter of the late Fred F. and Lydia Liefer.

She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Waterloo and was retired from Human Support Services.

She is survived by her children Paul DeBourge and Ruth (Glen) Hearold; grandchildren Lauren and Keith Hearold; nieces, nephews and cousins.

Mrs. DeBourge was preceded in death by her parents, husband Francis J. DeBourge and brother Albert Liefer.

Visitation will take place from 4 to 8 p.m. Aug. 10 at Quernheim Funeral Home in Waterloo and 9 to 10 a.m. Aug. 11 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Waterloo.

A funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Aug. 11 at the church.

Interment will follow at Kolmer Memorial Cemetery in Waterloo.

Memorials may be made to the church or to Monroe County Nursing Home Memorial Endowment Association.
