Despite the uncertain times, the Republic-Times chose to go the optimistic route by opting to include its 2020 Spring Sports Preview of local high school teams in the April 1 newspaper. 

Be sure to pick up the paper, as it contains team photos from Waterloo, Gibault, Columbia, Valmeyer and Dupo high schools and previews of the (hopefully) upcoming sports season, which is delayed indefinitely due to the coronavirus pandemic gripping the entire world.
