Columbia police, fire and EMS personnel responded shortly after 11 p.m. Friday to a one-vehicle crash reported just east of the rural intersection of Bluffside Road at Columbia Quarry Road. Injuries were believed to be minor in nature and the driver refused medical transport at the scene.
