33-year Gibault High School boys basketball coach Dennis Rueter was honored Friday night for his 600th career win. Hundreds were in attendance to witness the ceremony to honor this milestone, including fans, community members and former Gibault Hawks players. The Republic-Times and Teryn Schaefer bring you the sights & sounds of Gibault’s special night. The ceremony will also be featured in this week’s paper, out Wednesday, Jan. 30.
