Waterloo High School basketball player Shane Lenhardt is the Republic-Times Athlete of the Week.

Lenhardt is averaging 14 points per game over the past four contests to lead the way for the 16-7 Bulldogs — including 18 in a Feb. 14 conference road win at Highland.

The senior leads WHS in total points with 281 on the season so far and boasts an 80.85 shooting percentage.
