Semi truck fire on Tuesday

The Waterloo Fire Department and Monroe County Sheriff’s Department responded about 10:25 a.m. Tuesday to a flames showing from the brakes area of a semi truck on Route 3 just north of Hanover Road.

An arriving deputy reported the fire to be out prior to fire department arrival.

The WFD cleared the scene by 10:45 a.m.
