Tanner and Kate Springer, of Bloomington, announce the birth of their son Ryker James Springer.

He was born May 6, 2013, at 7:38 p.m., at Advocate BroMenn Medical Center, Normal. He weighed 6 pounds, 13 ounces, and was 19.5 inches long.

He was welcomed by brother Deacon Springer, 2.

His maternal grandparents are Kent and Karen Meister.

Paternal grandparents are Howard and Terri Springer.

His great-grandparents are Willard and Doris Meister, Clarence and Verona Sendelbeck, and Wes Springer.
