The Republic-Times Athlete of the Week is Gibault Catholic High School basketball player Ryan Biffar. The senior is the leading scorer so far this season for the Hawks, averaging nearly 12 points per game. Biffar scored 22 points in a one-point victory last Wednesday over Red Bud. He’s also averaging two steals per contest.
