A man previously arrested for theft from a Waterloo store was apprehended again for allegedly committing the same crime last week. 

Kevin P. Ricks, 58, of Belleville, was charged with felony retail theft in excess of $300 in connection with an incident last Wednesday at Rural King, 740 N. Market Street. 

Court information states that Ricks had previously been charged with misdemeanor retail theft from Waterloo’s Rural King in December.
