The Monroe County Sheriff’s Department and Monroe County EMS responded about 2:15 p.m. Saturday to a rollover crash in the area of 4045 Hanover Road.

The Waterloo Fire Department was initially requested for possible extrication, but an arriving deputy was able to free the female driver without further incident. The driver did not require medical transport.

Police said a 2006 Toyota Sierra driven by Melissa Downs, 37, of St. Charles, Mo., went off the roadway at a left-hand curve, and her vehicle rolled end-over-end multiple times before coming to rest upside down.
