Columbia fire and EMS personnel assisted the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Department and other agencies in responding to a single vehicle rollover crash on Triple Lakes Road just north of Imbs Station Road about 6 p.m. Friday.

A 1999 Dodge Ram 2500 driven by Emily Zack, 16, of Dupo, left the roadway and struck an emankment on Triple Lakes Road to avoid a deer.

She was transported to St. Anthony’s Medical Center by Columbia Ambulance Service for treatment of her injuries.

A medical helicopter was initially requested but canceled.
