Columbia Police
Aug. 30 – Michael M. Cicconi, 40, and Kaitlyn R. Stephan, 28, both of Columbia, were each arrested for domestic battery in the 100 block of Ridge Lane.
Sept. 2 – Kayla M. Hamilton, 21, of Dupo, was arrested for DUI on Route 3 at Route 158.
Sept. 2 – Allen M. Barnett, 27, of Belleville, was arrested on an in-state warrant for retail theft and traffic offenses, and was also charged with driving while license revoked and no front license plate on I-255 westbound. 

Monroe County Sheriff
Aug. 28 – The theft of an iPad from a property in the 5500 block of Konarcik Road is under investigation.
Aug. 29 – Travis Porter, 34, of Red Bud, was arrested on a Randolph County warrant on Route 159 at Wiegand Road.
Aug. 29 – A two-vehicle crash shortly before 2 p.m. on Route 158 at Centerville Road resulted in one injury. The vehicles involved were a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado driven by Joshua Mitchell, 19, of Pocahontas, and a 2008 Jeep Wrangler driven by John Ruggeri, 63, of Millstadt. A passenger in the Jeep, Lilli Ruggeri, 62, was transported to St. Anthony’s Medical Center in St. Louis County.
Aug. 30 – A 1999 Lexus driven by Gage Chandler, 20, of Valmeyer, went off the roadway at a curve on Route 156 near Jason Drive, going airborne before striking a tree shortly after midnight. He was transported to St. Anthony’s Medical Center in St. Louis County. The crash is under investigation.
Sept. 1 – Kavin Wyatt, 28, of East Carondelet, was arrested for DUI and failure to report a crash that occurred on Route 156 at Goeddeltown Road involving a 1993 Toyota Corolla. No injuries were reported.
Sept. 4 – Ronell D. Fields, 23, of St. Louis, was issued a civil violation for possession of cannabis on Route 3 at Rose Lane.

Valmeyer Police
Aug. 29 – Jeffrey L. Herring, 39, of Valmeyer, was arrested for domestic battery.

Waterloo Police
Aug. 24 – Angela L. Jones, 20, of Belleville, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance (lorazepam) at Circle K, 209 S. Market Street. Also arrested in the incident was Vince Gagliardi, 21, of Red Bud, for possession of cannabis and obstructing a peace officer.
Aug. 29 – Adam Henson, 20, of Waterloo, was cited for disorderly conduct for allegedly sending a text to multiple recipients containing fighting words in such a manner as to alarm and disturb, court information states.
Aug. 30 – Ashley Dickerson, 26, of Waterloo, was arrested in the 100 block of Osterhage Drive on a Monroe County warrant for violating court supervision.
Aug. 30 – Vincent C. Mathes, 42, of Waterloo, was charged with theft after allegedly stealing a bronze fire pit from the back patio of Hopskeller, 116 E. Third Street.
Sept. 1 – Austin Crimm, 19, of Renault, and Kory Johnson, 19, of Waterloo, were each cited for unlawful consumption of alcohol at Waterloo High School during the football game.
Sept. 1 – Cole Kolmer, 19, and Owen Bolser, 18, both of Waterloo, were each cited for unlawful consumption of alcohol at Waterloo High School during the football game.
Sept. 1 – Michael G. Crockett, 45, of Waterloo, was arrested on an in-state warrant in the 500 block of West Mill Street.
Sept. 2 – A possible report of disorderly conduct is under investigation after unknown subjects apparently yelled racial slurs at a person while driving by the 200 block of North Main Street.
Sept. 3 – The theft of money from a home in the 300 block of Westview Court is under investigation.
Sept. 4 – A crash involving a motorcycle and a car on Route 3 near Applebee’s resulted in one person transported to St. Anthony’s Medical Center in St. Louis County. The crash occurred shortly after 4 p.m.
Sept. 5 – A report of criminal damage to property at 123 W. Mill Street is under investigation. A door was damaged.
