Columbia Police
Sept. 12
Cody James Lee Norbeck, 25, of Cahokia, was arrested on an in-state warrant on Lake Shore Drive.
Sept. 14
Dahesha A. West, 20, of Cahokia, was arrested on multiple St. Clair County warrants and also for possession of a firearm without FOID, driving while license suspended and no insurance on I-255 westbound.
Sept. 15
Edward W. Sanchez, 44, of Belleville, was arrested for DUI and no insurance at McDonald’s, 300 Columbia Centre.
Lucas J. Hartmann, 21, of Red Bud, was arrested for DUI (drugs), possession of cannabis, resisting arrest and criminal damage to property at CVS Pharmacy, 100 Admiral Trost Drive. He is alleged to have damaged a police car during the arrest.
Sept. 17
Jason M. Signaigo, 44, of St. Louis, was arrested on an in-state warrant.
Stefon M. Alonzo, 30, of Hillsboro, Mo., was arrested for domestic battery on Briegel Street at Rueck Road.

Monroe County Sheriff
Sept. 11
Kenneth Cowsert, 38, of Waterloo, was arrested on a Monroe County failure to appear warrant on Osterhage Drive in Waterloo.
James W. Griffin, 29, was arrested on a Madison County warrant in the parking lot of Huck’s in Waterloo.
Sept. 13
The theft of a Nevois Construction trailer from a job site in Hecker is under investigation. The trailer was located in a field in Centreville with tools and other items missing. 

Waterloo Police
Sept. 12
Angela Bush, 44, of Waterloo, was arrested for DUI and battery on Route 3 near North Market Street. She is alleged to have hit police officer Eric Zaber during the arrest.
A 16-year-old male was charged with criminal damage to property after a door was damaged at Dairy Queen, 175 Marketplace Drive.
Sept. 14
Damage to a window and screen door at a vacant apartment in the 500 block of Park Street is under investigation.
Sept. 16
Paul Flowers, 69, of Barnhart, Mo., was arrested for DUI on Route 3 at North Market Street.
Four men were cited following a fight that occurred about 11:30 p.m. at BoBeck’s Sports Bar & Grill, 1324 Jamie Lane. Ryan Brewer, 37, of Waterloo was issued a city ordinance violation for public fighting and also arrested for obstructing a peace officer. Three others — Denny Gum, 44, of Waterloo, Michael Puckett, 38, of Columbia, and Kyle Blanchard, 36, of Fults — were also issued city ordinance violations.
Adam Henson, 20, of Waterloo, was issued a city ordinance violation for public fighting at Walmart.
Brent Faucett, 24, of Marissa, was arrested on a Perry County probation violation warrant for burglary on Route 3 at U-Gas. Cited for illegal transportation of alcohol in the incident were Mary Moore, 22, of Fults and Tyler Kaufmann, 27, of Cahokia.
