Police blotter 9/17/14

Columbia Police

Sept. 12: Lawrence R. Thurman II, 44, of Columbia, was arrested on an in-state warrant at 119 Clearwater Court.

Sept. 13: John A. Alvey Jr., 55, of Waterloo, was arrested for domestic battery.

Christopher D. Condellire, 51, of Columbia, was arrested for domestic battery and resisting arrest at 840 Sunnyhill Lane.

Sept. 16: Anthony Brigance, 43, of Columbia, was arrested for domestic battery on Veterans Parkway.

Monroe County Sheriff

Sept. 9: Joel Ottolini, 23, of Waterloo, was arrested for DUI on Route 3 at HH Road.

Sept. 11: A resident reported that their house was unlawfully entered in the 3500 area of Sweetbriar Lane, but nothing was believed missing.

Randolph County Sheriff

Sept. 13: A rollover crash occurred around 7:45 p.m. in the area of 8000 St. Leo’s Road near Evansville. A 2002 Ford F150 driven by Benjamin Atkins, 17, of Prairie du Rocher, was traveling southbound when it crossed a bridge, traveled up a hill and went off the left side of the roadway. The driver overcorrected and went off the right side of the road, overturning and hitting a tree. Atkins was airlifted to Saint Louis University Hospital for treatment of serious but not life-threatening injuries.

Waterloo Police

Sept. 3: Nicholas Walton, 36, of Lake St. Louis, was arrested on a warrant.

Geoffrey Olish, 33, of O’Fallon, Mo., was arrested on a warrant.

Sept. 4: Joseph Wiskamp, 36, of Belleville, was arrested on a warrant.

Sept. 5: William Beeson, 18, of St. Louis, was arrested on a warrant.

Sept. 10: At 5:30 a.m., Nicholas C. Devan, 19, of Waterloo, was arrested for disorderly conduct after he was caught looking into a child’s bedroom window from outside a home in the 200 block of Osterhage Drive. The child’s family had let their dog out in the morning and when it started barking, the father looked outside and saw Devan peering into his child’s window. The father approached Devan and held him until police arrived.

Amy Chaudet, 39, of Waterloo, was arrested on a warrant.

Sept. 13: David Hartrum, 28, of Columbia, was arrested for domestic battery on Victor Street.

Craig Crosson, 48, of Waterloo, was arrested for DUI and speeding on Route 156 east of the fairgrounds.

Sept. 15: Three white males stole items from Walmart shortly after noon and left in a black 2006 Ford 500 sedan. The license plate provided to authorities returned to an individual from Belleville. Police said one of the suspects was wearing blue jeans and a black baseball cap. Another was wearing a blue T-shirt featuring the Hollister logo, which is an eagle. The third suspect was wearing camouflage pants.
