Columbia Police

Aug. 23
Meghan E. French, 28, of Fults, was arrested for DUI, failure to report an accident to police, driving while suspended and no insurance at 531 Old State Route 3.

Eric J. Spencer, 38, and Gina L. Spencer, 41, both of Cahokia, were arrested on out-of- state warrants on Admiral Parkway northbound at Bottom Avenue.

Aug. 25
Elliott L. Henderson, 29, of Florissant, Mo., was arrested on an out-of-state warrant and for driving while license revoked.

Michael T. Johnson, 36, and Candace M. Zimmer, 25, both of Columbia, were each arrested for domestic battery at 2607 Columbia Lakes Drive. Johnson was also arrested on an in-state warrant.

Monroe County Sheriff

Aug. 19

Brian Perry of Collinsville was arrested on a Monroe County warrant.

Aug. 21
Levi House of Waterloo was arrested on an in-state warrant.

Waterloo Police

Aug. 21
Noah Lawrence, 18, of Waterloo, was charged with DUI (drugs) following a June 15 afternoon vehicle crash in the 600 block of South Market Street. His southbound 2007 Mercury left the roadway and struck a mailbox, wooden footbridge and large stone obelisk in the front yard of Brian Hart.

Aug. 23
Joseph R. May, 26, of Waterloo, was arrested for DUI on Norma Avenue.

Aug. 24
Robert L. Maurer, 27, of Smithton, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and issued a city ordinance violation for public fighting at South Main and Third streets during the Waterloo Homecoming.

Aug. 25
Jennifer Williams, 37, of Waterloo, was issued a city ordinance violation for unlawful restraint of dog at Station West.
