Devan Munie, 19, of Columbia, was arrested for possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Aug. 10

Devon L. McClenahan, 29, of Columbia, was arrested for criminal damage to property and criminal trespass to residence at 548 S. Main Street, Lot 25.

Xzena R. Rodriguez, 31, of Columbia, was arrested on a warrant and for possession of cannabis, driving while license suspended and no insurance at 300 Columbia Centre.

Aug. 8

James Cody Voss of Waterloo was arrested on a warrant.

Aug. 9

Austin Newman, 22, of St. Louis, was arrested for DUI on I-255 westbound.

Aug. 11

Dennis Mercer, 42, of New Athens, was arrested for DUI and improper lane usage in Hecker.

Christopher J. Collins of East Carondelet was arrested on multiple warrants.

Aug. 12

Deputies responded along with Monroe County EMS and the Prairie du Rocher Fire Department to a two-car crash on Bluff Road at G Road south of Renault around 6:50 p.m. While one person involved complained of minor injuries on scene, all occupants of the vehicles declined medical transport.

Waterloo Police

Aug. 6

Christopher D. Seibold, 43, of Red Bud, was charged with felony deceptive practice for a bad check in the amount of $3,331.41 used at Mystic Oak on June 4.

Aug. 7

John Kirkley, 26, of Baldwin, and Jullie Brigance, 46, of Waterloo, were each issued city ordinance violations for public fighting at the fairgrounds on July 28.

Kevin Schreckenberg, 19, Ryan Schreckenberg, 19, and William Pirtle, 19, all of Columbia, were arrested for theft and unlawful consumption of alcohol following an alleged incident involving the theft of street signs.

Aug. 9

A possible burglary reported at 204 Flower Street is under investigation.

Aug. 11

Mark Wagner, 55, of Waterloo, was arrested for domestic battery.
