Columbia Police
July 23
Joseph P. Huff, 33, of Columbia, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant.
July 24
Thomas W. Buckley, 37, of Waterloo, was arrested on two Monroe County warrants and for speeding on Admiral Parkway southbound at Wedgewood Drive.
July 26
Joby A. Schraier, 37, of St. Louis, was arrested on an out-of-state warrant at Royal Gate Dodge.
July 28
Anthony D. Johnson, 40, of St. Louis, was arrested on an in-state warrant and for driving while revoked on Route 3 northbound at I-255.
A two-car crash occurred around 6 p.m. in the 600 block of North Main. A Chevy Impala driven by Marian Keim, 81, of Columbia, apparently struck the rear of a Toyota driven by Michael D’Ambrosi, 34, of St. Louis, which had slowed to turn left. Keim suffered a minor head injury, but refused medical transport at the scene.
July 29
Jamie K. Hurst, 31, of Columbia, was arrested for domestic battery at 422 Diane Avenue.
Jeff L. Grant, 18, of Columbia, was arrested for possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia on Briarhill Lane.

July 21
Corey E. Browne, 21, of Columbia, was arrested for DUI and improper passing following a crash that occurred around 12:40 a.m. on Bluff Road just south of Kidd Lake Road in Fults. No injuries were reported in the crash.
July 23
A 16-year-old male from Fults was cited for texting while driving and for no valid license on Route 3 at GG Road.
July 25
Michael Dale, 61, of Waterloo, was cited for speeding 108 miles per hour on his motorcycle in the area of southbound Route 3 entering Waterloo.
James Arms Jr., 48, of Waterloo, was arrested on an in-state warrant on D Road.
July 26
Bradley Grissom, 24, of East Carondelet, was arrested on Main Street in Valmeyer for a felony warrant out of St. Louis following a parole violation.

Ryan Shreve, 31, of Columbia, was arrested for possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia on Bluff Road.
July 27
John Cooper was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant.
Waterloo Police
July 23
Anthony S. Brigance, 42, of Waterloo, was charged with Class 3 felony aggravated battery following an alleged incident involving a knife at the Monroe County Fairgrounds that occurred around 11:15 p.m. Court information alleges that Brigance “cut the right ear and neck” of Devin Conaway with a knife. Brigance posted bail of $2,000 and was released from jail with a preliminary hearing set for Aug. 15.
July 27
Glenn Rabbermann, 37, of Waterloo, was arrested following an alleged incident that occurred at the corner of Madison and Jefferson. He is charged with felony aggravated battery for striking Elmer C. Murphy with a baseball bat, felony criminal damage to property for damaging a 2005 Chevy van, misdemeanor assault for shaking a bat at Chris Frank, and resisting arrest.
July 30
Possible city ordinance violations for public fighting are pending following an altercation near the carnival rides at the fair sometime around 10 p.m.
