Columbia Police

July 9
Rickey R. Middleton, 26, of St. Louis, was arrested on an in-state warrant on Admiral Parkway at Veterans Parkway.

July 12
Donna M. McClenahan, 47, of Columbia, was arrested for DUI at 229 N. Main Street.

July 13
Chadrick W. Sweazea, 36, of St. Louis, was arrested for DUI and driving without lights on N. Main Street at Ghent Road.

Aaron E. Mitchell, 21, of Columbia, was arrested on an in-state warrant at the police department.

July 14
Dana L. Lam, 43, of Dittmer, Mo., was arrested on an in-state warrant on Veterans Parkway at Admiral Parkway.

Reginald L. Bell, 41, of St. Louis, was arrested for DUI, driving in the wrong lane and driving while license revoked on Admiral Parkway southbound at Carl Street.

Joseph D. Silva Jr., 21, of Columbia, was arrested for theft of mislaid/lost property and possession of drug paraphernalia on Bradington Drive at Forest View Drive.

Monroe County Sheriff

July 10
John H. Ellis, 47, of Red Bud, was arrested on a Monroe County warrant.

The theft of a sign from the Maeystown Sportsman’s Club on April 5 is under investigation.

July 11
The same woman who reported tomatoes stolen July 8 from her garden off Jason Drive near Valmeyer also reported that someone had taken around 100 peaches off one of her trees.

July 13
Reports of criminal damage on Bushy Prairie Road and KK Road are under investigation. Someone drove through a cornfield on Bushy Prairie Road, and someone allegedly used another vehicle to force another vehicle into a field on KK Road.

July 14
Dylan Welshans, 20, of Ellis Grove, and Colin M. Welshans, 19, of Prairie du Rocher, were each arrested for felony unlawful use of a weapon following an incident in the area of 8118 D Road around 1 a.m. Dylan Welshans was also arrested for reckless discharge of a firearm. Court information alleges both possessed an uncased and loaded revolver, and that Dylan Welshans shot a firearm in the air from a 2005 Jeep Wrangler, in close proximity to a female back seat passenger.

Waterloo Police

July 9
Everett T. Harper, 43, of Waterloo, was arrested for domes- tic battery at 307 W. Third Street.
