Columbia Police
June 27
Aaron M. Kirby, 32, of Waterloo, was arrested on a warrant for felony driving while license revoked/suspended due to DUI.

June 28
Jacob M. Russell, 28, of Red Bud, was arrested for DUI and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident on Route 3.

Guilianna E. Barlow, 25, of Columbia, was arrested for possession of cannabis, driving while license suspended and no seat belt on Route 3 at Sand Bank Road.

Charles L. Lovett, 31, of St. Louis, was arrested for possession of cannabis, driving while license suspended, no seat belt, no insurance and expired registration on Route 3 at Sand Bank Road.

June 30
Tyler D. Smith, 24, of Columbia, was arrested for DUI, illegal transportation of alcohol and speeding on Admiral Parkway at Southwoods Drive.

July 1
Brittany A. Tyler, 31, of Dupo, was arrested for DUI and failure to signal in the 500 block of Old State Route 3.

Millstadt Police
June 26
At about 8 p.m., a Millstadt police officer was advised to be on the lookout for a hit-and-run traffic crash suspect. The crash occurred on Frank Scott Parkway. This officer stopped the vehicle in the 400 block of South Illinois Street. The female driver got out of her vehicle, aggressively walked toward the officer, ignored verbal commands, and then struck the officer in the chest with her hand, police said. Charged with aggravated battery and failure to stop following an accident involving property damage was Cindy L. Horrell, 53, of Columbia.

Monroe County Sheriff
June 28
Mary E. Markey, 60, of Belleville, was arrested for DUI and driving while license suspended following a non-injury traffic crash that occurred about 3:40 a.m. on Stringtown Road at Regtown Road south of Boxtown.

Austin D. Zimmerman, 26, of Columbia, was arrested on a Monroe County failure to appear warrant.

June 29
Jessica K. Amaro, 22, of East Carondelet, was arrested on a Monroe County failure to appear warrant.

July 2
The theft of an antique $100 bill from a gun safe inside a home in the area of 7200 Roscow Road is under investigation.

Valmeyer Police
June 30
Police and EMS responded shortly after 11:30 p.m. to Borsch Park for a fight between two males at the Valmeyer Midsummer Celebration. Both parties involved declined to press charges and both declined medical transport.

Waterloo Police
June 29
Emergency personnel responded shortly after 3:30 p.m. to a multi-vehicle crash on Route 3 northbound outside of Dobbs Tire & Auto Center at the north edge of Waterloo. No injuries were reported in the crash.

June 30
Amy Swift, 32, of Waterloo, was arrested for domestic battery, unlawful interference with the reporting of domestic violence, and possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) at 415 Station Crossing.

July 1
Daniel M. Lewis, 48, of Waterloo, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, no insurance and defective windshield on Lakeview Drive at Stockel Lane.

July 2
Keonia Beckley, 28, of Cahokia, was arrested for obstructing a peace officer, no insurance, expired license and speeding on Hamacher Street at Rogers Street.
