Columbia Police

June 11
Collin A. Buresh, 18, of Columbia, was arrested for possession of cannabis and unlawful consumption of alcohol at 141 Gall Road. Also cited in the incident were Alex Nanna, 19, of Columbia, Pavle Chkautovich, 19, of Columbia, Joseph M. Maassen, 19, of St. Louis, and Thomas J. Dapron, 19, of St. Louis, for unlawful consumption of alcohol.

June 16

Cantrell A.T. Smith, 29, of Ellisville, Mo., was arrested for DUI, possession of cannabis, no insurance and failure to reduce speed on Admiral Parkway southbound at Veterans Parkway.

June 17
Scott E. Cooper, 18, of Waterloo, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia on Valmeyer Road at D Road.

Tyler W. Lawrence, 24, of Waterloo, was arrested for DUI, illegal transportation of alcohol and driving in the wrong lane on Valmeyer Road at D Road.

Monroe County Sheriff

June 12
John D. Carner II, 34, of Dupo, has been charged with felony driving while license revoked (fourth offense) following an incident on May 8.

The report of a rear axle being taken off a combine in a shed on Bluff Road near Kaskaskia Road sometime between May 10 and June 12 is under investigation. The estimated scrap value of the stolen axle is $1,300.

June 14
Nicholas Heimos, 55, of Burskville, was charged with battery following an incident on May 31.

June 16
Robert C. Greenhill, 31, of rural Waterloo, was arrested for domestic battery following a 4:30 a.m. incident on Floraville Road.

Valmeyer Police

June 17
Bradley P. Lane, 23, of Valmeyer, has been charged with multiple felony counts of forgery for alleged incidents that occurred in April and May. Court information alleges Lane made checks out to himself from other people’s accounts.

Waterloo Police

June 5
Kristin Moskop, 33, of Waterloo, was arrested for disorderly conduct at 101 Debra Lane.

June 11
Steven N. Price, 30, of Waterloo, has been charged with theft of labor or services for allegedly tampering with an electric service meter, which enabled him to receive $190.80 in electric service at 603 Kingston Drive.

June 15
No serious injuries were reported following a single-car crash in the 600 block of South Market Street around 2:20 p.m. A southbound 2007 Mercury driven by Noah Lawrence, 18, of Waterloo, left the roadway and struck a mailbox, wooden footbridge and large stone obelsik in the front yard of Brian Hart. Lawrence was ticketed for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. Other possible charges are pending.

June 16
Jessica M. Smith, 29, of Waterloo, was arrested for battery and domestic battery at Fourth Street Bar following a 1:30 a.m. incident.

June 17
Lance L. Buehler, 25, of Waterloo, was charged with felony forgery following an April 22 incident at Walmart.
