Columbia Police
May 24
Ross A. Clarkson, 29, of Chesterfield, Mo., was arrested for DUI and speeding on Admiral Parkway at Bottom Avenue.
May 25
Frank A. Zdanowski III, 29, of Columbia, was arrested on a Crawford County, Mo., warrant.
Michael A. Procasky, 21, of Belleville, was arrested for possession of cannabis on Route 3 at Gilmore Lake Road.

Illinois State Police
May 22
The Prairie du Pont and Camp Jackson fire departments responded at 10:35 a.m. to a report of a three-vehicle crash on southbound I-255 near mile marker 11 in Dupo, with one car in the treeline. No other information was immediately available.

Monroe County Sheriff
May 21
Police, fire and EMS personnel responded shortly before 8 a.m. to a crash on Route 3 at Hanover Road north of Waterloo. Northbound traffic was backed up for a mile as emergency crews tended to the crash. The vehicles involved were a maroon Dodge minivan driven by a male employee of the Royal Gate dealership who was test-driving the vehicle and a white Acura driven by Tracey Kohler of Waterloo. Kohler, who was turning onto Route 3 from Hanover Road when the crash occurred, was transported to St. Anthony’s Medical Center in St. Louis County for treatment of minor injuries.
May 23
Emergency personnel responded shortly after 7 p.m. to an ATV accident involving a young male off in a field near the area of 3600 Maus Road in Fults. The victim, identified by police as Waterloo High School graduate Wyatt Dugan, suffered a serious head injury in the crash and the Maeystown Fire Department was called to set up a landing zone for a Survival Flight medical helicopter to respond. The latest update provided by police was that Dugan underwent surgery and was in the intensive care unit at a St. Louis hospital.
May 25
Valmeyer first responders were dispatched to the area of Bluff and HH roads for a report of an injured bicyclist with a head injury at about noon. Police said a man fell off his bike. Injuries were believed to be minor.

Waterloo Police
May 21
Kayla Klines, 25, of Columbia, was arrested on an in-state warrant.
Lindsey Eddinger, 23, of Columbia, was arrested for retail thefts that allegedly occurred May 19 and 21 at Walmart. A broom, paper towels, foam plates and food items were among the items stolen.
May 22
Dana Catalano, 33, of Waterloo, was arrested for retail theft at Walmart in addition to a Monroe County warrant. She is alleged to have taken makeup from the store.
May 23
Cory Becker, 35, of Waterloo, was arrested for retail theft at Walmart. He is alleged to have taken a bottle of transmission fix.
