May 14

Jennifer M. Pulcher, 41, of Dupo, was arrested for DUI, no insurance, failure to signal, driving on the shoulder and improper lane usage on I-255 westbound at milepost 5.6.

May 16

Jeremy P. Busby, 24, of Columbia, was arrested for domestic battery, possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia at 217 Gardner Street.

Devon L. McClenahan, 29, of Columbia, was arrested for domestic battery at 548 S. Main Street, Lot 14.

May 18

Nicholas S. Outland, 24, of New Athens, was arrested for DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding on I-255 northbound at milepost 7.2.

Beth C. Crosley, 35, of Waterloo, was arrested for DUI, speeding and improper lane usage on Route 3 southbound at Gilmore Lake Road.

May 19

Jamie K. Hurst, 31, of Columbia, was arrested for domestic battery at 422 Dianne Avenue.

Jeffrey R. McCartney, 51, of Columbia, was arrested in the parking lot in Columbia Lakes for DUI and failure to give information after striking a vehicle.

Monroe County Sheriff

May 15

The theft of copper wire from a cell phone tower on Bremser Road in Columbia is under investigation.

May 16

The theft of 20 t-shirts from a clothesline outside a home in the area of 6900 Deer Hill Road is under investigation.

Anthony M. Alexander of St. Louis was arrested on a Monroe County warrant.

May 18

Jeff L. Gulley of Red Bud was transported from Cahokia Police and arrested on Monroe County warrants for robbery and possession of cannabis with intent to deliver.

Aricka Guy of Belleville was arrested on a Monroe County warrant.

May 17

Brian Sickage, 21, of Dupo, was arrested for possession of cannabis.

Waterloo Police

May 17

James E. Deterding, 18, of Modoc, and Jordan C. Scherle, 18, of Ruma, were each cited for unlawful consumption of alcohol on Route 3 at Illinois Avenue.

May 18

A 17-year-old New Athens girl and two other juveniles were cited for unlawful consumption of alcohol on Bulldog Boulevard at South Market Street.

Kristin Moskop, 32, of Waterloo, was arrested for battery at 101 Debra Lane.
