Columbia Police
April 22 – Brittany N. Cross, 25, of St. Louis, was arrested for DUI, improper lane usage, failure to signal, driving while license revoked and on a St. Clair County warrant on I-255.
April 23 – Xinyang Xiang, 18, of St. Louis, was cited for unlawful consumption of alcohol at 300 Admiral Weinel Boulevard.
April 24 – Roman P. Foster, 21, of Columbia, was arrested on a Monroe County probation violation and for criminal damage to property and pedestrian under the influence of alcohol on Valmeyer Road at Admiral Trost Drive.
April 24 – Christopher Hackworth, 32, of East Alton, was arrested on an in-state warrant.
April 25 – Summit I. Ruhmann, 19, of Waterloo, was arrested for DUI and speeding at 922 Main Street.
April 26 – Kayla L. Reynolds, 32, of Red Bud, was arrested on Monroe and St. Clair County warrants at 1553 Main Street.
April 26 – Columbia police and fire personnel responded to a report of a fallen tree on power lines in the area of Centerville Road near Walnut Drive shortly after 5 p.m. Heavy rains resulted in multiple reports of downed trees in the county.
Monroe County Sheriff
April 18 – Susan Wallace, 46, of Red Bud, was arrested on a Monroe County warrant.
April 19 – The Monroe County Sheriff’s Department called in an Illinois State Police crime scene unit to assist in investigating a burglary reported in the area of 2700 G Road north of Renault. A back door was kicked in to gain entrance to the residence, police said. A wedding ring and other jewelry items, along with an HP laptop computer, were among the items missing.
April 19 – The theft of items from a home in the area of 4000 Prairie Road is under investigation.
April 20 – Kristopher Marchbanks, 27, of Dupo, was arrested on a Monroe County warrant.
April 21 – The sheriff’s department was called to a residence in the 900 block of South Library Street in Waterloo after the property owner reported that a generator and miter saw had been stolen from the garage.
April 22 – Jessica N. Jelinek, 25, of East Carondelet, was arrested on a Monroe County warrant.
April 23 – Eric Eschmann, 38, of Waterloo, was cited for illegal transportation of alcohol in Waterloo.
April 24 – A possible report of harassment by telephone in the area of Ames Road is under investigation.
April 25 – A report of theft from a motor vehicle in the parking lot of Acorns golf course shortly before 1 p.m. is under investigation. A wallet was stolen from a vehicle while its owner was golfing.
Waterloo Police
April 19 – Joseph M. Boyle, 29, of St. Louis was arrested on a fugitive from justice warrant out of Missouri and cited for criminal trespass to property at Walmart. Also arrested in the incident was Chelsea Adams, 23, of Park Hills, Mo., for obstructing identification.
April 22 – Kyle Hemmer, 26, of Waterloo, was arrested for DUI, no valid driver’s license and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident on North Moore Street at Illinois Avenue. His vehicle struck an unoccupied car. No injuries were reported.
April 23 – Collin Gundlach, 22, of Smithton, was arrested for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia on Bradford Lane at Marney Drive.
April 24 – Ralph Seymour, 51, of Waterloo, was arrested for DUI and improper lane usage on Route 3 at Columbia Avenue.
