Columbia Police
April 7
Michael A. Hiltunen, 68, of Little Chute, Wis., was arrested for DUI and illegal transportation of alcohol on I-255 northbound.
April 9
Stephanie A. Kaut, 38, of St. Louis, was arrested on two in-state warrants on Admiral Parkway at N. Main Street.
Kristina M. Boland, 24, of St. Peters, Mo., was arrested for DUI and improper backing at 619 W. Legion Street.
Erin N. Hamilton, 24, of Waterloo, was arrested for DUI, illegal transportation of alcohol, no insurance and disobeying a stop sign at 301 Southport Drive.
April 10
Dominique L. Lockett, 21, of Cahokia was arrested on two St. Clair County warrants on Admiral Parkway at Westpark Drive.
Illinois State Police
April 14
Columbia police and fire departments responded at 2:19 p.m. to a report of a two-car crash on the Jefferson Barracks Bridge with road blockage in the westbound lanes of I-255. No injuries were reported.
Monroe County Sheriff
April 6
Madison Brown, 19, of Waterloo, was arrested for possession of cannabis at Adams Drive and Hamacher Street in Waterloo.
Jamillia Franklin, 36, of Belleville, was arrested on a Monroe County warrant.
April 7
John Berkbigler, 26, of Cahokia, was arrested on a Monroe County warrant stemming from traffic offenses.
Travis Short, 39, of Blue Springs, Mo., was arrested on a Monroe County warrant.
April 10
Robert Sands, 60, of Cahokia, was arrested for traffic violations and illegal transportation of alcohol at Route 3 and Gilmore Lakes Road.
Eugene Compton, 36, of Belleville, was arrested on a Monroe County warrant.
John Feikert of Missouri was arrested on six counts of aggravated assault following an incident at Bluffside Storage on Valmeyer Road near Columbia where he allegedly waved a .45 caliber Taurus pistol at others. Police seized the weapon.
April 12
The theft of a stereo system valued at $2,000 from a Jeep parked outside a home on DD Road is under investigation. The theft is believed to have occurred between 3 and 10 a.m.
Waterloo Police
March 27
Four juveniles were cited for unlawful consumption of alcohol and another juvenile was cited for unlawful consumption of alcohol and obstructing a peace officer at 300 West Mill Street.
March 29
The report of a purse stolen from a car at Walmart is under investigation.
April 2
Traveon L. Brown, 27, of O’Fallon, was arrested for felony retail theft after allegedly taking three TVs and two personal computers from the Waterloo Walmart. Brown remains in custody at the Monroe County Jail with bond set at $10,000.
April 6
Jamie Coyle, 34, of St. Louis, was arrested on an in-state warrant.
April 8
Amanda Momany, 46, of Waterloo, was issued a city ordinance violation for dog at large in the area of West Mill at West Third.
April 10
Summit Ruhmann, 18, of Waterloo, was cited for unlawful possession of alcohol on Country Club Lane at Rogers Street.
April 11
Kasey Kolmer, 20, of Waterloo, was cited for unlawful consumption of alcohol, possession of drug paraphernalia and obstructing a peace officer at 1422 Rachael Lane.
April 12
The Waterloo Fire Department responded to two separate fire incidents about 6 p.m. The first call was for a controlled burn on HH Road. Firemen were also paged out for a house fire on Parkwood Drive that was extinguished by the homeowner prior to fire department arrival. A trash can burned and melted some siding on the home.
April 13
A window screen was bent on the front door of a home on Victor Street in a possible break-in attempt, but no entry was gained.
