Braden C. Pulcher, 22, of Columbia, was arrested on an in-state warrant.
April 7
Joshua B. Southerland, 27, of Columbia, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant for DUI. He was also charged with driving while license revoked, suspended/expired registration and no insurance.
April 8
Denis J. Weilbacher, 63, of Waterloo, was charged with domestic violence for allegedly striking a female victim in the face.
MEGSI
April 8
Deana A. Sargent, 47, of Cahokia, was charged with possession of methamphetamine (five to 15 grams).
Millstadt Police
April 5
Leslie Harrell, 64, and Patricia A. Norsigian, 58, both of Belleville, were arrested for theft in connection with use of a Millstadt resident’s lost debit card in January. Several Millstadt Officers were a part of an investigation which required the obtaining of multiple store surveillance videos and obtaining witness statements. The two suspects were identified, and upon a complete and thorough investigation, the report was submitted to the St. Clair County State’s Attorney.
Monroe County Sheriff
April 2
Christopher Hunt, 36, of St. Louis, was arrested in Waterloo on a St. Clair County warrant.
April 6
Zachary R. Dillon, 31, of Waterloo, was arrested on a Monroe County warrant for violating pretrial release conditions and driving while license suspended.
April 7
Paul L. Schneider, 64, of Waterloo, was charged with possession of methamphetamine.
Dwayne R. Ramsey, 43, of Sparta, was arrested in Waterloo on a St. Clair County warrant for driving on a suspended license.
Bethany D. Osterhage, 40, of Waterloo, was arrested on a Monroe County warrant for driving while license suspended.
Valmeyer Police
April 5
Police assisted the Valmeyer Fire Department is responding about 9:35 a.m. for a gas leak at 106 E. Harrisonville Drive. Initial reports are that a worker for a plumbing company was drilling a hole through concrete and struck a gas line. A strong odor of gas was detected shortly after the incident.
Waterloo Police
April 6
Drew J. Stumpf, 20, of Linn, Mo., and Joseph P. Soetaert, 20, of Columbia, were both charged with possession of alcohol by a minor (public place) in the 100 block of West Mill Street just after 12:30 a.m. Also charged in the incident was Bryce R. Hamilton, 19, of Columbia, who was cited for conduct in a public place.
April 7
Mason A. Jones, 32, of Waterloo, was charged with DUI at 9:32 p.m. on Route 3 at Southview Drive. He was also charged with failure to use a turn signal.
