Columbia Police

March 15

Tamara L. Toon, 42, of Columbia, was arrested on an in-state warrant in the 2600 block of Lakeshore Drive.

March 18

Tariq Hamid, 31, of Belleville, was arrested for DUI, speeding and expired registration on I-255 northbound.

March 19

Police are investigating the theft of personal items valued at under $300 each from two residents at Integrity Healthcare of Columbia in the 200 block of Bradington Drive.

Monroe County Sheriff

March 18

Elyse McClure, 29, of Millstadt, was picked up from the Perry County Sheriff’s Department on a Monroe County probation violation stemming from her 2011 conviction for felony theft over $10,000. She was also arrested on two St. Clair County warrants.

The report of vandalism to a house and field in the area of KK and Levee roads is under investigation.

No injuries were reported when a Honda Civic driven by Andrew Raeber, 33, of Richmond Heights, Mo., lost control and went off the roadway on VV Road east of Ames Road about 1:30 a.m. and flipped into a dry creek.

March 19

Bailey Langhorst, 25, of Fults, was picked up from Alorton police on a Monroe County probation violation stemming from a recent conviction for possession of methamphetamine.

Deputies responded about 10 a.m. to a minor plane crash at Sackman Field off of Bluff Road south of Columbia. The small plane, occupied by Joseph Kreher and Steven J. Wood, attempted to take off from the airport when there was a mechanical failure and the plane had to descend. The plane had too much momentum and ran out of runway veering about 50 feet into Melvin Stuckmeyer’s field before flipping onto its roof. No injuries were reported in the mishap, and the Federal Aviation Administration was contacted for a report.

March 20

Robert Statler, 26, of Waterloo, was arrested on a Monroe County failure to appear warrant.

Dahesha West, 20, of Cahokia, was picked up from Swansea police on a Monroe County failure to appear warrant.

Waterloo Police

March 15

Terrance Doss, 30, of Waterloo, was arrested on a Monroe County failure to appear warrant.

March 18

Brien Edwards, 38, of Waterloo, was arrested on a Monroe County failure to appear warrant.

March 19

Patricia Bauer, 53, of Waterloo, was arrested for DUI, speeding and no insurance on Route 3 at Columbia Avenue.
