Nov. 25

Kyle E. Fricker, 21, of Columbia, was taken into custody on a St. Clair County arrest warrant for burglary and possession of burglary tools during a traffic stop on Palmer Road at Route 3.

Nov. 30

Avery P. Boyd, 45, was arrested on multiple in-state warrants and for driving while license suspended on Admiral Parkway at North Main Street.

Two 17-year-old juveniles were arrested for possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Nov. 26

A possible report of wire fraud reported by a resident on Hayden Drive is under investigation.

Nov. 27

George Blakey of O’Fallon was taken into custody on an arrest warrant issued for identity theft.

Christopher Estes of Arnold, Mo., was arrested on a Monroe County warrant.

Nov. 29

A possible report of criminal damage to property in the area of 5000 Southfork Road is under investigation. A resident reported that the brake lines were cut on her vehicle.

Nov. 30

Nick Freehill, 18, and Vince Gagliardi, 18, both of Waterloo, were cited for unlawful consumption of alcohol and possession of drug paraphernalia on Maeystown Road north of KK Road. Juveniles were also cited in the incident.

Nov. 27

Jason Jones, 34, of Valmeyer, was arrested for domestic battery and unlawful interference with the reporting of domestic violence.

Waterloo Police

Nov. 28

Dylan Hegmann, 20, of Millstadt, was arrested for possessionof drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis following a traffic stop at Walmart.

David Shelton, 51, of Waterloo, was arrested for DUI, unlawful possession of a hypodermic syringe, driving while license revoked and failure to signal on West Mill Street at Rau Street.

Brian Vitelli, 43, of Waterloo, was arrested on Country Club Lane at Route 3 for domestic battery.
