Columbia Police

Dec. 22

Hayley K. Krauss, 19, of Waterloo, was arrested on an in-state
warrant.

Dec. 23

Jason L. Brenning, 37, of Coulterville, was arrested for felony
unlawful possession of methamphetamine (more than 400 grams
but less than 900 grams), driving while license suspended and
suspended registration on Route 3 southbound at Southwoods
Drive.

Dec. 28

Michael S. Siebert, 40, of Columbia, was arrested for domestic
battery on Overview Drive.

Monroe County Sheriff

Dec. 20

Austin K. Hoggard, 23, of Columbia, was arrested for DUI on
Floraville Road just west of Martini Road.

Dec. 27

Timothy Kolb, 19, and Branden Kopp, 19, both of Waterloo,
were cited for unlawful consumption of alcohol on Ziebold Road
about one-half mile east of Levee Road.

Dec. 28

The Monroe County Sheriff’s Department received assistance
from Valmeyer Fire Department personnel and Monroe County
EMS in responding to a one-vehicle crash on Bluff Road north of
HH Road at about 12:45 a.m. One person was transported to St.
Anthony’s Medical Center in St. Louis for treatment of minor injuries.
Aaron M. Birkner, 29, of Lenzburg, was arrested for DUI on
Nike Road at M Road.

St. Clair County Sheriff

Dec. 28

Hecker first responders assisted Millstadt EMS and the St.
Clair County Sheriff’s Department in treating injuries due to a
disturbance at Karban’s Knotty Pine tavern, 4569 Buss Branch
Road in Paderborn, shortly after 2 a.m.

Waterloo Police

Dec. 26

Ryan Hern, 23, of Columbia, was arrested for resisting a peace
officer and issued a city ordinance violation for pedestrian under
the influence of alcohol on the roadway in the 500 block of West
Mill Street.
