Columbia Police

Dec. 1

Steven M. Leible, 51, of St. Louis, was arrested for DUI and illegal transportation of alcohol on Norman Drive.

Dec. 2

Tamara L. Georger, 43, of Columbia, was arrested on an in-state warrant at 615 N. Briegel Street.

Dec. 3

Andy J. Schneider, 34, of New Athens, was arrested for DUI and illegal transportation of alcohol at 300 Columbia Centre.

Dec. 6

Charles J. Forrester, 36, of Columbia, was arrested on in-state warrants at 1020 N. Main Street.

Dec. 7

James R. Arms, 49, of Waterloo, was arrested on an in-state warrant and for defective windshield and no insurance on I-255.

Dec. 8

Richard I. Jones, 22, of Waterloo, was arrested on an in-state warrant on I-255 northbound.

Monroe County Sheriff

Dec. 5

An incident involving a truck that struck a barn in the area of 1200 Jacob Lane in Maeystown with the driver leaving the scene is under investigation.

Dec. 6

Brittany Ruebusch of Waterloo was arrested on an in-state warrant.

Dec. 7

The report of license plates stolen from 210 E. Monroe Street is under investigation.

Dec. 8

The report of a package possibly stolen off the front porch at 7701 Blackberry Row is under investigation. UPS told the resident that the package was delivered, according to its records.

Dec. 9

Deputies assisted the Waterloo Fire Department in responding shortly after noon to a circuit breaker on fire in the basement at 5370 KK Road. No injuries were reported.

Waterloo Police

Dec. 2

Robert Conaway, 60, of Waterloo, and James May, 58, of Waterloo, were each issued city ordinance violations for public fighting at Willie’s West End, 107 S. Moore Street.

Dec. 3

Roniesha R. Glover, 26, of Cahokia, was charged with felony retail theft following a Nov. 11 incident at Walmart in which she allegedly stole two purses and several bottles of liquor valued at more than $300.

Dec. 5

James Chandler, 43, of Rockwood, was arrested for DUI and improper lane usage on Illinois Avenue at South Library Street.

Dec. 7

Brett Marsala, 22, of Waterloo, was issued a city ordinance violation for public fighting at Randy’s Double R Bar, 107 S. Main Street.
