Jan. 9
Thomas Amsden, 27, of Dupo, was arrested on a fugitive from justice warrant.

Jan. 10
Willie B. Davis, 43, of St. Louis, was arrested for possession of cannabis and a St. Clair County warrant at Red Roof Liquor and Lottery, 301 Southport Drive.

Jan. 11
Jennifer A. McClure, 30, of Millstadt, was arrested on multiple Monroe County warrants at 110 Sandbank Road.

Kenneth L. Greene, 25, of Chester, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance (heroin), possession of a hypodermic syringe, possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia outside Dairy Queen on S. Main Street.

Carla J. Grigsby, 42, of Waterloo, was arrested for DUI and illegal transportation of alcohol at 600 Parkway Drive.

Robert G. Kalert, 37, of Smithton, was arrested for driving while license suspended and illegal transportation of alcohol on Valmeyer Road at Veterans Parkway.

Jan. 10
David I. Missavage, 22, of Waterloo, was arrested for DUI on Route 3 at Vandebrook Drive.

Jan. 11
David R. McCready, 41, of Belleville, was arrested for DUI on I-255 northbound.

Michael D. Dixon, 35, of St. Louis, was arrested for DUI and improper lane usage on I-255 southbound.

Monroe County Sheriff

Dec. 28
A 16-year-old male from Waterloo refused medical transport after the vehicle he was driving lost control on an ice-covered bridge on Route 156 just west of C Road, hit an embankment and overturned around 11 a.m.

Jan. 10
A report of burglary to an unlocked farm shed on Wiegand Road is under investigation.

Jan. 12
Heather Phillips was transported from the St. Clair County Jail and arrested on a Monroe County warrant.

Waterloo Police

Dec. 20
Kiva Muskopf, 43, of Fults, was arrested for DUI, no insurance and improper lane usage on Lakeview Drive at South Library Street.

Dec. 27
Kevin Whitehead, 25, of Mascoutah, was arrested for retail theft at Walmart.

Jan. 8
William Pratt, 39, of Waterloo, was arrested for theft of labor or services and obstructing a gas, water or electrical meter at 308 E. Fourth Street, Lot 7.

Jan. 10
Ryan Behnken, 18, of Waterloo, was arrested for possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia and disobeying a traffic signal on South Market Street at Bulldog Boulevard.

Jan. 13
Edward Wiseman, 33, of St. Louis, was arrested and charged with one count of felony burglary and eight counts of theft by emergency exit at Walmart. The thefts occurred between Dec. 19 and Jan. 12.
