Oct. 2
Stewart C. Rite, 58, of St. Louis, was arrested for possession of meth precursors at 100 Admiral Weinel Boulevard. Also arrested was Dana R. Wizeman, 44, of St. Louis, on a St. Clair County warrant.
Oct. 5
Audey W. McGuire, 34, of Columbia, was arrested for domestic battery at 315 Agnew Street.
Monroe County Sheriff
Oct. 4
April A. Hayes, 39, of Waterloo, was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance (hydrocodone).
Oct. 5
Blake Patrick-Byrd, 20, of Columbia, was arrested for DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to signal on Bottom Road at Levee Road.
Oct. 6
Lindsey Eddinger of Waterloo was arrested in Hecker on a Monroe County warrant.
A 25-year-old female was transported to Missouri Baptist Hospital after falling off a horse in the woods near 3317 Hoffmann Lane in Fults around 12:35 p.m. The Maeystown Fire Department assisted Monroe County EMS at the scene.

Oct. 1
Leslie Hardy, 35, of Waterloo, was arrested for resisting arrest, battery and criminal damage to property at 404 Columbia Avenue.
Oct. 3
Joseph R. Free, 22, of Waterloo, was cited for disorderly conduct and issued a city ordinance violation for public intoxication at Randy’s Double R Bar, 107 S. Main Street.
Oct. 5
Thomas Hildreth, 20, of Valmeyer, was cited for unlawful consumption of alcohol on Route 3 at Marketplace Drive.
Oct. 6
Matthew Schreder, 18, of Hecker, was cited for unlawful consumption of alcohol on Columbia Avenue at Waterloo Drive.
Lawrence Dickerson, 38, of Freeburg, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia on Mobile Street at Walnut Street. Abigail Dickerson, 28, of Fairview Heights, was issued a city ordinance violation for public intoxication in the incident.
