Columbia Police
Sept. 24
Columbia police, fire and EMS assisted St. Louis County emergency personnel in responding to the report of a possible jumper on the Jefferson Barracks Bridge during the evening. A police officer was able to talk the individual away from the bridge without further incident.
Sept. 28
William E. Jennings, 43, of Columbia, was arrested for DUI and illegal transportation of alcohol at 1553 N. Main Street.
Sept. 30
Kevin M. Harries, 35, of Fenton, Mo., was arrested on an in-state warrant and for no seat belt on Admiral Parkway south-bound at Veterans Parkway.
Oct. 1
A four-vehicle crash occurred around 10:45 a.m. at the intersection of Admiral Parkway and Veterans Parkway. Initial reports indicate that the brakes gave out on a Ford Bronco traveling south on Admiral Parkway and attempting to turn right, leading to a collision with a GMC Acadia driven by Scott Rodemich of Columbia. This collision affected two other vehicles, a Honda Civic and Volvo, both with Missouri plates. No injuries were reported.

Sept. 23
Heather Morrison of St. Louis was arrested on a Monroe County warrant.
Sept. 24
Ryan Keeven of Imperial, Mo., was arrested on a Monroe County warrant.
Sept. 26
Kari S. Davis of East Alton was arrested on a Monroe County warrant.
Kodi A. Lafore of Prairie du Rocher was arrested on a Randolph County warrant.
Sept. 27
Lisa Mitchell of Belleville was arrested on a Monroe County warrant.
Waterloo Police
Sept. 27
Benjamin Conway, 36, of Waterloo, was arrested on a fugitive from justice warrant out of Perry County, Mo., at 107 S. Moore Street.
Sept. 28
Dimitri Hayes, 20, of Waterloo, and Noah Jordan, 22, of Waterloo, were each issued city ordinance violations for public fighting at McDonald’s.
