The Republic-Times Athlete of the Week is Valmeyer High School basketball player Philip Reinhardt.

The junior guard is averaging 15.7 points and 5.2 rebounds per game to lead the Pirates, including 22 points in a 54-43 win over Red Bud on Dc. 15.
